"As stated above, let not [so-and-so] have fear of kings, bandits, water, fire, wind, the sun, moon, stars, constellations, ghosts, spirits, and the like. If there are other bad friends harboring malicious harm, cause them to bring calamities and painful afflictions upon themselves. Not transgressing this boundary and not violating this spell, all asuras, yakṣas, rākṣasas, various nāgas, and other evil humans and non-humans will be unable to cause harm." At that time, the fourfold assembly, having heard this spell preached, rejoiced and practiced it with devotion.
