毘樓勒叉大天王，於一切鳩槃茶中最尊，勅令一切鳩槃茶，便說是呪。得呪大呪，所行即疾，耗亂睡眠，得無事不成如是。
The Great Heavenly King Virūḍhaka is the most honored among all kumbhāṇḍas; he commands all kumbhāṇḍas, and then speaks this mantra. Having obtained this mantra, this great mantra, its working is swift: causing exhaustion, confusion, and slumber, there is no matter that is not accomplished. It is thus.
