毘樓博叉大天王，於一切龍中最尊，勅令諸龍，便說是呪。大呪所行即疾，耗亂睡眠，得無事不成如是。
The Great Heavenly King Virūpākṣa is the most honored among all nāgas; he commands all nāgas, and then speaks this mantra. The working of this great mantra is swift: causing exhaustion, confusion, and slumber, there is no matter that is not accomplished. It is thus.
