10.80

此陀羅尼能除一切世人瞋恚，若欲令一切人不生瞋恚向已者，取瞻蔔油以此持七遍，呪之塗手、已眼，一切人非人、魔、龍、鬼乃至畜生瞋恚心除。假使滿四天下人及非人、天、魔、龍鬼，若於我所起重瞋恚者，應於清旦取一把水七遍呪之，灑散四方、若用洗面，一切瞋者瞋心即除。假使四方大海水悉皆擾動，以此灑之常能令清，況復人也。

This dhāraṇī can dispel the anger of all worldly people. If one wishes to ensure that no one gives rise to anger toward oneself, take campaka oil, empower it seven times with this mantra, and rub it onto one's hands and eyes; the angry minds of all humans, amanuṣyas, māras, nāgas, spirits, and even animals will be eliminated. Even if the humans, amanuṣyas, devas, māras, nāgas, and spirits filling the four continents should give rise to intense anger toward me, one should take a handful of water in the clear morning, empower it seven times with the mantra, and sprinkle it in the four directions, or wash one's face with it, and the angry minds of all who are angry will immediately be eliminated. Even if the waters of the great oceans in the four directions were all churned up, sprinkling it with this would always be able to make them clear—how much more so for human beings!
