2.91

我化樂天王欲說大陀羅尼，名阿那耆富盧，晉言法忍、柔順法忍，堪任荷負三界眾生，譬如大海其量難知。我天王心亦復如是，悉能救接漂流眾生度三界海。

I, the king of the Nirmāṇarati heaven, wish to speak a great dhāraṇī named anaqifulu, which in the language of Jin means 'forbearance of dharmas' or 'compliant forbearance of dharmas,' being capable of shouldering the sentient beings of the three realms, just like the great ocean whose measure is difficult to fathom. The mind of me, the divine king, is also like this, capable of rescuing and gathering wandering sentient beings to cross the ocean of the three realms.
