我摩醯首羅天王今欲說神呪，愍念諸眾生為除苦本，除其我慢心，令修忍辱行。有呪名拘多吒呪，晉言慈悲忍辱。

I, King Maheśvara, now wish to speak a dhāraṇī-mantra. Out of sympathy for sentient beings, to eradicate the root of suffering, remove their prideful minds, and cause them to cultivate the practice of patience, there is a mantra named guduozha mantra, which in the language of the Jin means 'compassionate patience.'
