此陀羅尼，若欲種時，取種子一斗呪二十一遍，以投著大種子中種之，終不虫食，無有災蟥。若不好者，以此陀羅尼呪土一斛二十一遍，以灑散穀上，并諸惡鬼不得吸此穀精，食此穀者頭破作七分。

As for this dhāraṇī, when one wishes to plant, take one dou of seeds and empower them with the mantra twenty-one times, and throw them into the bulk seeds to plant them; they will never be eaten by insects, and there will be no disaster or locusts. If the land is poor, empower one hu of earth with this dhāraṇī twenty-one times and scatter it over the grain; moreover, evil ghosts will not be able to suck the essence of this grain, and whoever [illicitly] eats this grain will have their head split into seven pieces.
