此呪卒得重病、悶絕不自覺。以羅差染縷，燒黑堅沈水香，誦呪百八遍結一縷，結繫病人身，還得惺寤。

This mantra is for those who suddenly contract a serious illness and faint into unconsciousness, being unaware of themselves. Dye thread with lac, burn hard black agarwood incense, recite the mantra one hundred and eight times, tie one knot in the thread, and tie it onto the patient's body; they will regain consciousness.
