若頭痛，呪麻油二七遍塗上。眼痛，呪黑綖二七遍作十四結，繫頭項。耳痛，呪樺皮節塞。齒痛，呪水二七遍唅。心腹痛，呪鹽水二七遍服。婦人產運展髮，呪二七遍還結。男子小便患白如粉汁者，呪其脚跡下土二七遍塗坌身。若共他諍訟事相言移，呪呵梨勒一枚二七遍持行。若遭厄難繫閉牢獄者，呪白綖三七作二十一結塞耳。

For headache, empower sesame oil fourteen times with the mantra and smear it on [the head]. For eye pain, empower black thread fourteen times with the mantra, make fourteen knots, and tie it around the neck. For ear pain, empower birch bark knots and plug [the ear]. For toothache, empower water fourteen times with the mantra and rinse the mouth. For chest and abdominal pain, empower salt water fourteen times with the mantra and drink it. For a woman in labor, unbind and spread her hair, empower it fourteen times with the mantra, and tie it back up. For a man whose urine is white like flour paste, empower the soil beneath his footprints fourteen times with the mantra and dust it over his body. If engaged in litigation or legal dispute with another, empower a single harītakī fruit fourteen times with the mantra and carry it with oneself. If meeting with calamity and locked in prison, empower white thread twenty-one times with the mantra, make twenty-one knots, and plug the ears.
