此陀羅尼，若人五舌咽喉閉塞舌縮，呪土三遍用塗痛上即差愈。

For this dhāraṇī, if a person has 'five tongues', blocked throat, or retracted tongue, empower earth three times with the mantra and smear it on the painful area; it will immediately be cured.
