此陀羅尼，若人癩病，若白癩、若赤癩病，若狂嚙齒、若身瘡病、若被箭刀瘡傷破，以此呪呪土塗之即差愈。
As for this dhāraṇī, if someone suffers from leprosy—whether white leprosy or red leprosy—or from mad tooth-gnashing, bodily sores, or wounds and lacerations from arrows or knives, one empowers earth with this mantra and smears it on, whereupon they will immediately recover.
