此陀羅尼，人得百病身體有痛，呪草三遍拂拭痛處，一切病痛即蒙除愈。
As for this dhāraṇī, if someone suffers from the hundred illnesses and feels pain in the body, empower grass by reciting the mantra three times and sweep-wipe the painful area; all pain and illness will immediately be cured.
