6.54

佛言：「今尊者比丘建立清淨，今新作坐尼師檀，入律上大神守護是座，無令鬼神妄犯近座。是座一服，至鎮安三界、安隱三世以安眾生。坐如本無、座無所著，一切皆安。廣度群生，令得正定無轉動心。還是座者，疾成無上正真之道。」

The Buddha said: "Now the venerable monk establishes purity and now newly makes a niṣīdana sitting mat. The great deities who enter the vinaya protect this seat, preventing ghosts and spirits from rashly violating or approaching it. Once this seat is used, it brings supreme peace to the three realms and security to the three times so as to pacify sentient beings. Sitting as if in original non-being, the seat has nothing attached to it, and all are at peace. Extensively ferrying living beings across, may they attain correct samādhi without a wavering mind. May the one who returns to this seat swiftly accomplish the unsurpassed, correct, and true Way."
