若十四日十五日，取七井水三粒鹽，呪三遍，三淋頂上，三唾耳，三唾鼻，餘水飲之。此人北向坐。
On the fourteenth or fifteenth day, take water from seven wells and three grains of salt; incant three times, douse three times upon the crown of the head, spit three times into the ears, and spit three times into the nose; drink the remaining water. This person should sit facing north.
