用八斗水、小豆，一升鹽，呪二十一遍，煎得五斗，接取清，日服二䌤，餘下稠者用作餅大如掌，用上向班之。

Use eight dou of water, adzuki beans, and one sheng of salt; incant twenty-one times, decoct down to five dou, and draw off the clear liquid; drink two drips daily, and with the thick residue make cakes as large as a palm, spreading them facing upward.
