7.227

是呪能令鳩槃茶王及其兵眾破如微塵。諸有卒得熱渴心痛，及其頭痛、手脚煩熱疼痛，得聞是呪尋得清涼。呪水三遍已，𠹀痛處。

This mantra can shatter the kumbhāṇḍa king and his army into fine dust. For anyone who suddenly develops fever, thirst, and chest pain, or headache, feverish restlessness, and aching in the hands and feet, upon hearing this mantra they will immediately find coolness and relief. After chanting over water three times, spit it upon the painful area.
