一大梵天女尚衢梨說，一切龍蛇百虫百草，及人持毒呪，及一切臃腫毒藥，南無大梵天、南無大智天、敬禮一切諸佛，使我呪句如意成吉。

Spoken by a Mahābrahmā maiden, Jāṅgulī: against all nāgas, serpents, the hundred insects, the hundred herbs, human poisons and curses, and all swellings and toxic drugs. Homage to Mahābrahmā! Homage to the Deva of Great Wisdom! Veneration to all Buddhas! May the phrases of my mantra succeed auspiciously according to my wish!
