此呪先以赤土規病人周匝，以五尺刀橫著瓫水上，燃四枚燈於患人四角頭。如此呪，勿令傍人蚩笑。

For this mantra, first draw a circle around the patient with red earth, place a five-foot knife horizontally across water in an earthenware basin, and light four lamps at the four corners of the sick person's head. When chanting this mantra, do not allow bystanders to sneer and laugh.
