行此陀羅尼法，應靜處專精禮拜遶塔，誦是陀羅尼萬二千遍，當見觀世音菩薩，一切所願隨意皆得。
To practice the rite of this dhāraṇī, one should, in a quiet place, with dedicated concentration, pay homage and circumambulate a stūpa, reciting this dhāraṇī twelve thousand times; one will behold Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva, and all that one wishes for will be obtained as desired.
