9.58

若得蛇像，持之而行，一切世人無能為也。若用塗身，得大勢力，能與和修吉龍鬪，不被毒害。若被螫及食惡毒，并用塗身，皆無所苦。若以塗眼，得見尼提。

If a serpent form is obtained, carry it while walking; no one in the world can harm one. If applied as an ointment to the body, one gains great power, capable of contending with the nāga-king Vāsuki without being harmed by venom. If stung or having ingested foul poison, applying it to the body will alleviate all suffering. If applied to the eyes, one can see hidden treasures.
