若人得時氣疾病，縷結七過，呪文并書此上鬼神名字，著紙上繫著縷頭，讀呪時當齋戒清淨澡漱，燒香正心乃說。

If a person contracts an epidemic disease, tie seven knots in a thread, write this mantra together with the names of the aforementioned ghosts and spirits on paper, attach it to the end of the thread, and when reading the mantra, observe the precepts with purity, wash and rinse the mouth, burn incense, and right one's mind before chanting.
