I, Bodhisattva Sunetra, now come from the Buddha-realm of Candrasūryapradīparāja Buddha to this Sahā world for the sake of the great arhats who wish to attain the first dhyāna, the three vidyās, and the six supernormal knowledges. I now wish to speak a dhāraṇī-mantra to cause them to accomplish them quickly: to eliminate their habitual defilements and subtle obscurations; to purify their supernormal knowledge of the divine eye, the karmic impressions of the knowledge of past lives, and their clear understanding of the minds of others; all future matters, the names of realms, as well as the assemblies of disciples, the measure of their lifespans and kalpas, and various supernormal events; the ear-faculty penetrating and hearing the matters of a hundred Buddha-worlds; the body able to fly with supernormal power, unimpeded through rocky mountains; and having ended sensation, ideation, and formations, and exhausted the outflows—this I have now spoken. There is a dhāraṇī-mantra named *Ojapaṭiro*, which in the language of Jin means 'all encumbrances completely exhausted, fully endowed with the three vidyās, the six supernormal knowledges, and the eight liberations.'
