右呪，觀音像前燒香、發露懺悔，至心誦三遍，滅無始已來罪，求願必果。

Regarding the spell to the right: if before an image of Avalokiteśvara one burns incense, confesses and repents, and recites it three times with a single mind, it eradicates sins from beginningless time, and what one seeks will certainly be fulfilled.
