1.10

「若比丘尼，若聚落、若空地，盜心不與取。若王、若大臣，若捉、若縛、若殺、若擯，語言：『汝賊、汝小、汝癡。』是比丘尼得波羅夷不共住。

"Whatever bhikṣuṇī, whether in a village or in an empty place, with the intention to steal takes what is not given, such that a king or great minister would seize, bind, execute, or banish her, saying to her: 'You are a thief, you are foolish, you are stupid'—that bhikṣuṇī incurs a pārājika and is in non-communion.
