「若比丘尼，數數犯罪，諸比丘尼如法諫。作如是語：『我不學是戒。當問餘比丘尼持法持律者。』波逸提。

If a bhikṣuṇī repeatedly commits offences and is admonished by the bhikṣuṇīs in accordance with the Dharma, and says: 'I will not study this precept; I will ask other bhikṣuṇīs who uphold the Dharma and uphold the Vinaya': it is a pāyattika.
