1.16

「若比丘尼，見比丘尼犯波羅夷覆藏。彼比丘尼後時，若在、若死、若遠行、若被擯、若罷道、若變形，作是語：『我先親見其犯波羅夷。』是比丘尼得波羅夷不共住。」

"Whatever bhikṣuṇī, seeing a bhikṣuṇī commit a pārājika, conceals it, and at a later time, whether that bhikṣuṇī is still present, dead, gone far away, banished, has abandoned the path, or has changed her appearance, she speaks thus: 'I previously saw with my own eyes that she committed a pārājika'—that bhikṣuṇī incurs a pārājika and is in non-communion."
