「若比丘尼，諸比丘尼語言：『如佛所說，應與作畜眾羯磨。汝無是事。』便呵諸比丘尼者，波逸提。

"If a bhikṣuṇī, when other bhikṣuṇīs say to her, 'As spoken by the Buddha, the karman for taking disciples should be performed for you; you do not have this [permission],' then scolds those bhikṣuṇīs, it is a pāyattika.
