「若比丘尼，式叉摩那滿二歲無難，不與受具足戒，語言：『汝且學是戒。』波逸提。

"If a bhikṣuṇī, when a śikṣamāṇā has completed two years [of training] without impediment, does not confer upon her upasampadā, saying to her, 'You must continue to train in these precepts for now,' it is a pāyattika.
