復有五事：一者當得好善檀越、二者當有善意、三者當有善藥、四者當能服藥、五者當得助爾乃得猗。

There are further five matters: first, one must obtain a fine and virtuous dānapati; second, one must have good intentions; third, one must have good medicine; fourth, one must be able to take medicine; fifth, one must obtain support—only then can one find reliance.
