1.74

有五事：一者當用熟韋；二者當如法作；三者不過再重；四者不得絲綴之；五者著當如法，不得使濕著。

There are five matters: first, one must use tanned leather; second, it must be made according to the Dharma; third, it must not exceed two layers; fourth, it must not be sewn with silk; fifth, when worn, it must be according to the Dharma, and one must not put it on while it is damp.
