Making soup has five matters: 1. One should instruct them to put the ingredients in according to proper order. 2. Make sure it is cooked through. 3. Make the flavor well balanced. 4. One should personally inspect it to ensure it is pure and clean. 5. Once cooked, one should remove it from the fire and cover it.
