問：「受歲時尼來界內求索受歲，應與受歲不？」答：「二尼已上得。一不得，所以爾者，以尼獨行出界故犯重故。」

Question: "At the time of receiving the pravāraṇā, if a bhikṣuṇī comes into the sīmā requesting to receive the pravāraṇā, should she be granted the pravāraṇā?" Answer: "Two or more bhikṣuṇīs may be. A single one may not. Why is this so? Because for a bhikṣuṇī to travel alone outside the sīmā constitutes a grave offence."
