「佛子！吾於焰天，為諸天說凡夫十行。今於此眾略說法要，汝等受持，一切佛亦同是說。
"Buddha-son! In the Yāma Heaven, I expounded the ten practices of ordinary people for the devas. Now, among this assembly, I briefly expound the essentials of the Dharma. You should accept and uphold them; all buddhas likewise teach this.
