佛言：「佛子！三世諸佛所行之因，所謂十般若波羅蜜是百萬阿僧祇功德本，佛及菩薩亦攝在中。是故十法為金剛智慧海藏，出一切光明功德之行。

The Buddha said: "Disciples of the Buddha, the causes practiced by all buddhas of the three periods of time—the so-called ten prajñāpāramitās—are the root of the merits of a million asaṃkhyeyas, and the buddhas as well as the bodhisattvas are also subsumed within them. Therefore, the ten dharmas are the ocean-treasury of vajra wisdom, producing all practices of luminous merit.
