"Buddha-son! Fourth is to receive the Dharma before all buddhas and practice it, that is to say, the eight bases of overcoming: the two bases of overcoming of broad and brief marks within the internal real five aggregates; the two bases of overcoming of broad and brief marks within external provisional sentient-being phenomena; and the four bases of overcoming of broad and brief marks of the dharmas of the four great elements. In this way one contemplates all phenomena as empty, because they are signless.
