問曰：「惡律儀戒，眾生類、非眾生類上得也，能以不能盡得戒不？」

Question: “Are the precepts of unwholesome discipline obtained with respect to classes of sentient beings and classes of non-sentient things, and are they obtained with respect to what one can or cannot [kill]?”
