6.7

難陀聞佛示教利喜，種種說法，心生歡喜，即正衣服，頭面禮優波離足。應時天地六種震動，身心柔軟，逮得己利，所作已辦。

Nanda, hearing the Buddha demonstrate, instruct, benefit, and gladden him with various expositions of the Dharma, rejoiced in his heart. He straightened his robes and prostrated himself with head and face at Upāli's feet. At that moment, heaven and earth shook in six ways, his body and mind became pliant, he attained his own benefit, and that which was to be done was accomplished.
