7.48

如是等諸菩薩各自立奇特妙願，莊嚴菩提，利益一切眾生，為念佛恩，為報佛恩故，即從座起，胡跪合掌，而白佛言：「願以此經付囑我等諸菩薩眾。」

Bodhisattvas such as these each established extraordinary and subtle vows to adorn bodhi and benefit all sentient beings. In order to remember the Buddha's kindness and repay the Buddha's kindness, they immediately arose from their seats, knelt with palms joined, and said to the Buddha: "We pray that this sūtra be entrusted to us, the host of bodhisattvas."
