2.38

四無所畏者，一正等覺無畏、二漏盡無畏、三說障無畏、四說道無畏。由有智力於他不懼，故名無畏。

As for the four fearlessnesses: 1. fearlessness in being fully and perfectly awakened; 2. fearlessness in the destruction of the outflows; 3. fearlessness in explaining obstacles; 4. fearlessness in explaining the path. Because through the power of wisdom he has no fear before others, they are called fearlessnesses.
