3.49

根本無明闇，其力最大故，
能障一切智，令得不自在。
斷須般若劍，飾須功德寶，
無明海漸竭，法身山徐顯。

"The darkness of fundamental ignorance,
because its power is the greatest,
can obstruct the omniscient wisdom
and cause one to be unfree.
Its severing requires the sword of prajñā;
its adornment requires the jewels of merit.
The ocean of avidyā gradually dries up;
the mountain of the dharmakāya slowly appears."
