若此神呪誦一萬八千遍已訖，即眼之像清淨具成，精動根轉更轉明利。若為造作耳像時中，即誦呪言：
If one has finished reciting this divine mantra eighteen thousand times, the image of the eyes is purely and fully accomplished, its refined motion and faculties operating, turning ever more sharp and clear. When fashioning the image of the ears, one recites the mantra:
