若此神呪誦一萬八千遍已訖，即身之像清淨具成，方作面變。若為造作手像時中，即誦呪言：
When this dhāraṇī has been recited eighteen thousand times, the image of the body is fully and purely formed, and its facial expressions transform. When fashioning the image of the hands, one then recites the dhāraṇī saying:
