若此神呪誦一萬八千遍已訖，則足之像清淨具成，指圓爪具。若為造作頭面時中，如其次第，初二神呪初以為後、後以為初，逆次第誦一萬八千遍已訖，即頭面像清淨具成，好妙相好。若種種根造作已訖，即須輪呪令付心識。謂方寸所中付標堨那羅字輪，即誦呪言：

When this dhāraṇī has been recited eighteen thousand times, the image of the feet is fully and purely formed, with round fingers and complete nails. When fashioning the head and face, according to their order, taking the first of the two dhāraṇīs as the last and the last as the first, reciting them in reverse order eighteen thousand times, the image of the head and face is fully and purely formed, endowed with fine and wondrous marks. When the various sense organs have been fashioned, one must then use the wheel mantra to entrust them to the mind-consciousness—that is, within the square inch [of the heart] entrusting and marking the anala letter-wheel—reciting the mantra saying:
