若此神呪誦三千七百遍已訖，即面之像具足成立。若為造作眼像時中，即誦呪言：
When this dhāraṇī has been recited three thousand seven hundred times, the image of the face is fully established. When fashioning the image of the eyes, one then recites the mantra saying:
