若此神呪誦六萬一千遍已訖，即耳之像具足成立。若為造作鼻像時中，即誦呪言：
When this dhāraṇī has been recited sixty-one thousand times, the image of the ears is fully established. When fashioning the image of the nose, one then recites the mantra saying:
