若此神呪誦五萬七千遍已訖，即舌之像具足成立。若為造作身像時中，即誦呪言：
When this dhāraṇī has been recited fifty-seven thousand times, the image of the tongue is fully established. When fashioning the image of the body, one then recites the mantra saying:
