若此神呪誦三七遍，眼根壞失皆無所有。所餘諸處各有神呪，而無要故略去不釋。
If one recites this dhāraṇī twenty-one times, the sense organ of the eye is ruined and lost, completely disappearing. For the other locations there are respective dhāraṇī mantras, but because they are not essential, they are omitted and not explained.
