經曰：地界空寂清淨句義是菩薩句義，水、火、風、空、識界空寂清淨句義是菩薩句義。
The sūtra says: 'The meaning of the phrase that the earth element is empty, quiescent, and pure is a meaning of the phrases of a bodhisattva; the meaning of the phrase that the water, fire, wind, space, and consciousness elements are empty, quiescent, and pure is a meaning of the phrases of a bodhisattva.'
