3.130

經曰：佛說如是能善調伏甚深理趣智藏法已，告金剛手菩薩等言：若有得聞如是調伏般若理趣智藏法門，信解受持讀誦修習，能自調伏忿恚等過，亦能調伏一切有情。

The sūtra says: "After the Buddha had spoken this treasury-of-wisdom Dharma of the deep guiding principle of being well able to discipline, he addressed the bodhisattva Vajrapāṇi and the others, saying: 'If there are those who hear such a treasury-of-wisdom dharma gate of the Prajñā guiding principle of disciplining, and with faithful understanding uphold, read, recite, and cultivate it, they will be able to discipline their own faults of anger, wrath, and so forth, and will also be able to discipline all sentient beings.'"
