讚曰：所依法性尚能通達，能依人法理亦無礙。罣者障也，礙者拘礙。通達人法亦無障礙，達所依故能依亦達。

The commentary states: If one is able even to penetrate the nature of phenomena upon which they depend, then logically the persons and phenomena that depend on it will also be unhindered. Gua means obstruction; ai means restriction. Penetrating persons and phenomena is also without obstacle or hindrance; because one penetrates that upon which they depend, that which depends on it is also penetrated.
